• Your current account email
• The new email address you want to use

What happens next

• We may ask you to confirm the request from both addresses (security check).
• Once confirmed, your subscription, gem balance, and history are moved to the new email.
• Afterwards, sign in with the new email — premium and gems follow the account email.

Requests are typically processed within a few business days.
