How do I delete my account?

You can delete your HiSugar account at any time. Account deletion permanently removes your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

How to delete

Email support@hisugar.ai from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm the request and process the deletion within 5 business days.

We ask you to send the request from the account address so that nobody else can delete your account and your conversation history.

What happens after deletion

• Your account is marked as deleted and your personal identifiers are anonymised.
• Your chats and generated content are removed.
• Account data is permanently removed within a reasonable period (typically within 90 days of the deletion request), except where retention is required by applicable law — financial transaction records for tax purposes, fraud prevention, or legal claims.

Important: cancel your subscription first

If you have an active subscription, cancel it before requesting deletion (Settings → Manage subscription → Cancel Subscription), or say so in your email and we will cancel it as part of the deletion.
