About HiSugar
What is HiSugar? HiSugar is a platform where you can chat with AI-generated characters. The characters are fictional AI personalities — they are not real people.
Are the characters real? No. They are fictional, AI-generated personalities. They have no real-world existence, feelings, or commitments.
Do I need to install anything? No. HiSugar runs in your browser at hisugar.ai. You can add it to your home screen for quick access if you like.
Who can use HiSugar? You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, use the Service, and make a purchase. See "Age and Safety".
Is HiSugar a substitute for therapy or professional advice? No. HiSugar is entertainment software and is not a substitute for healthcare, mental health support, or any professional service. If you need support, please contact a qualified professional.
Account
How do I create an account? Go to hisugar.ai, enter your email address, and confirm with the one-time code we send you. There is no password to set. See "How do I sign in?".
How do I change my email address? Email changes are handled through support. Email support@hisugar.ai from your current account address with your old and new email addresses.

Subscription & Payments
How much does premium cost? Weekly, monthly and 3-month plans are available; exact prices are shown on hisugar.ai at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
How do I cancel my subscription? Settings → Manage subscription → Cancel Subscription. See "How do I cancel my subscription?".
Can I get a refund? See the article "Refund Policy".
Why was I charged? If your subscription was active, a renewal charge is expected at the end of the billing period. If you believe the charge is in error, see "I was charged unexpectedly".
Chat & Features
How many messages can I send per day on free? Free accounts can send 50 messages a day. Premium subscribers have unlimited messaging.
What are gems? Gems are HiSugar's in-app currency. You can use them to send gifts to characters and to unlock generated photos. Gems come with some subscriptions or can be purchased directly.
Can I create my own character? Yes — free accounts can create 1, premium accounts up to 5, with your chosen appearance and personality traits.
Privacy & Safety
Do you store my conversations? Yes — chats are stored on our servers so you can resume them. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
