How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription yourself at any time, in a few seconds.

Cancel from your account

1. Sign in at hisugar.ai with your account email.
2. Open Settings → Manage subscription.
3. Select Cancel Subscription.
4. Choose a reason (it helps us improve) and confirm.

Your subscription is marked as cancelled straight away and no further charges will be applied.

What happens to your access

You keep premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for — the expiry date is shown on the Manage subscription page. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself trigger a refund for the current period (see "Refund Policy" for the exceptions).

If you cannot reach the page

Email support@hisugar.ai with the subject "Cancel my subscription" and the email address on your account. We will process it for you and confirm once it is done.
