Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, use HiSugar, and make a purchase. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into our Terms of Use.

If you believe a minor has accessed the Service

HiSugar does not knowingly allow users under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has registered or used HiSugar, email support@hisugar.ai immediately. We will:

Verify the account
Remove the account and associated data
Refund any active subscription where applicable

Please include the email address used to register the account and any other identifying information. See our Underage Policy for the full process.

Prohibited content

Certain content is never permitted on HiSugar, regardless of who requests it, how it is framed, or whether it is described as fictional:

Any content that sexualises, depicts or involves a person under 18 — zero tolerance, including fictional, illustrated and AI-generated depictions
Non-consensual sexual content, including coercion, blackmail, or scenarios framed as unconscious or unable to consent
Intimate depictions of real, identifiable people without their consent, including deepfakes
Content that facilitates serious crime, including trafficking and exploitation
Extreme violence, torture or gore, and content that glorifies or incites violence
Content that promotes or gives instructions for self-harm, suicide, or disordered eating
Hate speech, targeted harassment, threats, stalking, or publishing someone's private information
Sexual content involving animals, family members, or the dead
Content that infringes someone's copyright, privacy or publicity rights, or that is otherwise unlawful

Fictional framing is not an exception, and deliberately working around our filters is treated as intent. The full list and how we enforce it is in our Blocked Content Policy.

Content about you

If content on the Service depicts you or someone you represent, you can have it removed — see our Content Removal Policy. Reports of non-consensual intimate imagery are actioned within 48 hours.

Mental health and emotional safety

HiSugar is entertainment software. It is not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are experiencing emotional distress, suicidal thoughts, or a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services immediately.
