How do I remove my saved payment method?

When you purchase on HiSugar, your payment method is securely stored by our payment provider so renewals and future purchases work smoothly. We never see or store your full card number. You can have the payment method removed at any time.

How to request removal

Email support@hisugar.ai with the subject "Remove my payment method" and include the email address on your account. We will remove the stored payment method, which prevents any future charges.

Important: if you have an active subscription, removing the payment method also means it cannot renew — your access will end when the period you already paid for runs out.

A note on one-click purchases

While a payment method is on file, offers can be confirmed with one tap. Every such purchase always shows you the item and price first, and is only charged after you explicitly confirm.
