How do I sign in?

HiSugar signs you in with your email address — there is no password to remember. Here is the full flow, and what to do if it doesn't work.

1. Open HiSugar in your browser

Go to hisugar.ai. Any modern browser works (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop or mobile.

2. Choose to continue with email

On the sign-in screen, enter the email address registered to your account and continue.

3. Use the code or link we send you

• We email you a one-time verification code (and a sign-in link).
• Enter the code in the field on the sign-in screen, or open the link from the same device.
• If the email is not in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder.

Sign in with the same email everywhere

Your subscription, gem balance and chat history all follow your email address. If you sign in with a different address — including a forwarding alias — you will land on a different, empty account. Always use the address you originally registered and paid with.
